What is the typical shipping timeframe for furniture?
Most of our home decor items ship within 3-5 business days, while larger furniture pieces may take 7-14 business days to arrive depending on your location and the selected delivery service.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Piclo ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping to Europe and Australia in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to oversized furniture returns.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Yes, at Piclo, we prioritize the planet. Our wooden furniture is crafted from FSC-certified timber and sustainably harvested materials to ensure long-term environmental health.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a unique tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking portal.
